Before your reservation is issued

If something goes wrong and we can’t issue a valid reservation for your route, you get a full refund.

After delivery

Because each reservation is created specifically for you, we review post-delivery refund requests case-by-case. If a reservation was not verifiable as promised, we’ll re-issue it or refund you.

How to request

Email support@getflyproof.com with your reference number. Most requests are resolved within one business day.
